Free Trial Terms

The 60-day free trial is available to approved merchants for testing the ordering system with real operations before deciding whether to continue.

The specified trial plan includes HK$0 setup fee and HK$0 monthly fee during the trial period.

Trial service arrangements, supported message channels, and any future service fees will be confirmed before activation.

Before official activation, both parties will electronically sign the 60-day Free Trial and Pilot Cooperation Agreement. The agreement will set out the trial period, free order quota, charging method, and responsibilities of both parties.

Additional third-party services, custom development, payment services, or non-standard messaging workflows will be explained separately before activation.

Merchants may decide whether to continue, upgrade, or stop using the service after the trial period. The trial does not automatically bind the merchant to a long-term contract.
